These rates are based on information gathered via our rates surveys they are not set by Bectu or Pact. They are a GUIDE to what you should be asking for and you do not need to be limited by the recommended rate. We believe that the starting rate is the MINIMUM that anyone should accept for a particular grade, a more experienced crew member should be aiming for higher. We are aiming to publish new rate cards this year.
